Parag founded The Business Growth Agency in 2007. He is an accredited ActionCOACH Business Coach who specialises in coaching owners to create businesses that work without them, businesses that can be sold for target valuation and businesses that attract external investors.
As well as being an accredited Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Coach, Parag has grown 2 businesses of his own, won numerous coaching awards, delivered workshops to more than 1100 business owners and coached 52 businesses on a 1:1 basis. Before training as a business coach he gained experience in senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and British Telecom. Parag is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a degree from Oxford University.

Dan Crompton has been coaching since 2015, and is an accredited ActionCOACH business coach. He most recently worked at ITV for 7 years, where he co-managed the partnerships team responsible for £130m annually, and helped brands deliver on their business objectives through some of the biggest brand partnerships in the UK. Today, he uses his experience to help business owners find more time, get the best from their teams and drive revenue.
Tim Brown
Business Coach
Tim has been an accredited ActionCOACH business coach since 2011. He has over 20 years experience in stockbroking and corporate finance, having closed over 100 deals and led sales teams in London and New York. He’s also started and grown 3 successful businesses himself in the finance sector. As a coach he’s now able to use his hard earned expertise in finance, sales and leadership to make a difference to people’s lives.
Margarida Bonito
Employee Engagement Coach
Margarida Bonito is a certified coach with Engage&Grow, specialising in employee engagement. She holds a Law degree from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, having worked as a lawyer until 2013. After moving to London she completed her coaching studies, first with City University and then with the Co-Active Institute. Today she leads our popular Employee Engagement and Accountability Club programmes.
Menakshi Prasad
Emotional Intelligence Coach
Menakshi is an accredited Emotional Intelligence coach. She has coached company Directors and team leaders to improve the effectiveness of their interactions with customers and other team members. She has worked in various business and marketing management roles, excelling in building new business connections and strategic partnerships through her deep understanding of what is required to create genuine and long lasting trust-based relationships.
Bryn Hopewell
Chief Operating Officer
Bryn is our COO. He graduated from Imperial College London with a 1st class degree in Physics. He was Head of Copywriting at Huddlebuy, Europe’s largest B2B group buying website and has worked across a diverse range of industries as a freelance marketing consultant. His areas of expertise include strategy, systems, copywriting and online marketing. He is a firm believer in our mission and believes that every business leader should have a coach.
Kate Bacon
Client Manager
Kate is the ‘administrative glue’ that keeps us together. She is a qualified coach (Certificate in Coaching with ICF-accredited Coaching Development) and she understands what it’s like being a business owner, having run several businesses herself. With over 12 years experience as a PA/Executive Assistant she’s responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as being the first point of call for clients and new customers.
Tariq Qureshi
Technical Specialist
Tariq is our Technical Specialist on website development and online marketing. He graduated from Cardiff University with a 1st class degree in Computer Science & Forensics and went on to found AmeenMedia, a successful digital marketing agency based in London. Tariq has over 25 years of experience working within the health and pharmaceuticals industries leading large teams with multi-million pound budgets.
